Terms of Service

- By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to my TOS
- I have the right to deny any commission, trade or request for any reason
- You are free to use your commissioned art for personal use only (Meaning no profit can be made off of the commission)
- I retain the right to post the art online and/or use in my portfolio
- A visual, colored reference of your character is required, otherwise an additional design fee will be charged
- Edits can be made at the sketch stage, after that, any large changes will require an additional fee. This excludes mistakes on my part, like incorrect colors or markings.
- No refunds will be offered after a commission is started
- All payment must be upfront
- Once the commission has been agreed upon, you will be sent a Paypal invoice to complete your purchase
- It will usually take up to one month's time to complete your commission (if there is any delay, you will be notified)
- WIPs (work in progress shots) will be sent when available
- I can email you the art once finished
For custom characters/adopts
- You are free to redesign, resell, or trade the design away as you see fit

- NSFW
- Fetish/Kink
- Realistic gore
- Occult/Demonic
- Romance/Ships
- Copyrighted characters
